Information you give us

When you request a bond quote, we ask for the details we need to review your request:

• The bond you need, including its state, amount, dates, and who is requiring it
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• For a business, its name, address, type, activity, start year, and number of owners
• For each owner, their full name, spouse's name, and home address
• For each owner, whether they have a history of bankruptcy, IRS liens, pending lawsuits, or declined bonds
• Anything else you choose to add in your notes

Social Security numbers and dates of birth

Our website form does not ask for Social Security numbers or dates of birth. We collect them by phone when a bond requires them. Please do not enter them in the notes field.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.

We use Google Tag Manager, which can load measurement tools that use cookies or similar technology to show us how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

While you fill in the quote form, your browser keeps a draft of your answers on your device. The draft is removed when you send the request or close the tab.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

• Surety markets: with your authorization, we submit your request to surety companies, and they may check personal and business credit.
• Formspree: this form service receives quote requests from the website and delivers them to us by email.
• Website providers: companies that host, secure, and measure this website, including Cloudflare and Google.
• Legal requests: authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights.

Keeping information secure

This site uses an encrypted connection, and quote requests reach us by email. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, service your bond, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Children

This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
