Common questions
How much is the Florida RV dealer bond?
Under s. 320.771, $10,000 for a dealer with four or fewer supplemental licenses and $20,000 for more than four. A dealer selling both mobile homes and RVs must post the mobile home dealer bond instead.
Do I need a new bond every year?
In Florida the bond covers the license period, and you deliver a new bond or continuation certificate at the start of each period.
