Common questions
How much is the Florida bond?
Florida s. 496.410 requires a $50,000 bond at registration or renewal, with an all-time aggregate limit of $50,000. It can be a rider to a larger blanket bond.
Does a charity's own employee need this bond?
Generally no. Employees on a charity's payroll and volunteers are usually not professional solicitors.
