Common questions
How much is the bond?
Tennessee and Arkansas both require $10,000. Other states set their own amounts or have no requirement.
Are nonprofit pageants exempt?
Often yes. Arkansas exempts civic clubs, nonprofits, churches, schools, and some long-running statewide pageants from the bond, though some must still register.
